Saturday, March 11, 2000 "Youth Lead" Conference - 10 - 3 p.m.  The Youth Committee of the Woonsocket Task Force on Substance Abuse will hold its sixth annual ``Youth Lead'' conference at Woonsocket City Hall..  A video, ``Smoking: Truth or Dare,'' will be shown.
