Children

§ 11-9-14 Use of tobacco by minors. – No person under sixteen (16) years of age shall smoke or chew in any public street, place or resort, any tobacco in any form whatsoever. Any person under sixteen (16) years of age violating the provisions of this section shall be fined not more than five dollars ($5.00) for each offense.
