Contents of Cigarettes
On July 31, 1998 the Government of British Columbia became the first jurisdiction in the world to require tobacco companies to reveal both the additives and ingredients in each brand of cigarettes, and to provide a detailed chemical analysis of the smoke of each brand of cigarettes. Information filed with the Government of British Columbia by Canada's three major tobacco companies are being made available to people in all countries through the following web address:
