The Rhode Island Tobacco Control Network: the American Lung Association of Rhode Island (ALARI), in partnership with the Rhode Island Department of Health/ Project ASSIST, is coordinating the Tobacco Control Network. The goal of the Network is to train many people from all sectors of society, and of all ages, to address the growing health problem that tobacco is causing.

The TCN publishes the SmokeFree Times newsletter at irregular intervals.
